Annemarie has been a registered massage therapist since 2016 after graduating honours from Trillium College. .

As a mom to four boys who participated vigorously and competitively in multiple sports she saw the benefit to massage in healing post injury and for chronic pain. With a previous 20 year history as fierce advocate for disabled and disadvantaged in her community Annemarie is passionate about empowering people to become active participants in their health. By doing this her clients maximize the benefits of massage so that they can continue to do the things that they love. As a life long learner she is dedicated to taking continuing education courses to provide her clients with the most safe, effective up to date care. Her strengths include fascial work, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, joint mobilization and myoskeletal alignment therapy.

Annemarie is experienced in treating chronic pain, fibromyalgia, and post concussion syndrome. She also offers treatments supporting those with PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Annemarie direct bills most major insurance providers.

Samantha is from the greater Kingston area. She received her Bachelors of Arts from Trent University, before going back to school and graduating from the Registered Massage Therapy program with honors at Trillium College. She has been a member of the CMTO since January 2013

Samantha has been practicing in the Kingston area helping clients with their therapeutic needs. Samantha specializes in deep tissue massage work on pelvic health, as well as cranial sacral and prenatal massage. Samantha has taken her birth Doula course, and loves helping women have their best births. She is passionate about helping her clients achieve their health care goals.

When Samantha isn’t in the clinic she can be found spending time with her two girls and friends, hiking, traveling, or curled up on the couch with a good book. She hopes to see you soon.
